Account Executive

As we expand our product offerings and tackle a broader range of customers, we’re looking for an Account Executive to take our products to the next level.

In this role, you will be the main point of contact for multiple major clients, managing client relationships, expansion of partnership and communication and coordination with internal teams.

You will advocate for your customers to internal stakeholders

You will listen to customers, identify business process pains, and recognize opportunities to provide the best possible solutions.

You will cultivate relationships with customers and key stakeholders to ensure a successful long-term business partnership.

You will understand customer needs and account health to proactively grow the account.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience with customer support/engagement roles with multiple disciplines in Support, Sales, and Account Management
  • Prior experience in a product-based startup will be advantageous
  • Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts in a customer-facing role
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Impressive executive presence and communication abilities, both orally and in writing
  • Analytical background – Should be able to extract and formulate learnings and recommendations from numbers and package them for business reviews
  • Problem solver who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Proven achievements in delivering profit growth and ROI

Senior Account Executive

RFPLinked is an early-stage, growing technology company aiming at disrupting the public procurement markets. In an industry fraught with disparate technologies, opaque processes, and inefficient workflows, RFPLinked is uniquely positioned to help elevate the massive global procurement market.

As we expand our product offerings and tackle a broader range of customers, we’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to take our products to the next level. In this role, you will evangelize RFPLinked’s vision of improving accessibility to public procurement opportunities by creating a digital experience that is fast, secure, transparent, and efficient.

Your core responsibility will be to identify, develop, negotiate and close enterprise sales deals from a target account list. Partnering with the head of sales, you will determine how to strategically generate net new revenue and bring in new business. We will rely on strong sales skills to identify and work with key stakeholders that can drive consensus across the organization and help push deals forward.

Our ideal candidate has honed the ability to sell, negotiate, and close C-level six-figure deals. Over the past 8+ years of selling Enterprise Applications/SaaS software, you have navigated complex sales cycles with multiple decision makers, overcome objections, and identified value for your clients while consistently delivering on (or above) your quota. You have the startup mindset and know what is required to be a success in a young but maturing org. Your unique ability to listen and connect makes it easy for clients to commit to next steps and has been the key to your success in growing revenue by driving account penetration.

Senior Product Designer

New York, NY

RFPLinked is an early-stage, growing technology company aiming at disrupting the public procurement markets. In an industry fraught with disparate technologies, opaque processes, and inefficient workflows, RFPLinked is uniquely positioned to help elevate the massive global procurement market.

As a Senior Product Designer at RFPLinked you’ll be part of a small but impactful team as you help us evolve the next generation of the product. In your role you’ll empathize with our customers’ needs, create scalable design systems, and deliver beautiful and intuitive interfaces. You’ll be called upon to work through design challenges large and small, from the microinteractions for customer onboarding to complex and thorny design problems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5 years of hands-on experience designing for digital products
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent practical experience
  • A strong portfolio with multiple projects that demonstrate your skills creating usable digital experiences
  • Ability to use UI design and prototyping tools with confidence. We primarily work in (and love) Figma, but we’re always interested in discovering new capabilities
  • Familiarity with the front-end development technologies behind the web. You should understand which parts of your design require HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and analytical skills

Content Manager / Content Specialist

As a Content Manager / Content Specialist you’ll be part of a small but impactful team. You will oversee the development, distribution, and strategic efforts of creating messaging to promote our services and inform current and potential customers (members). You will also participate in ensuring the data quality control.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B content marketing
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize activities effectively under aggressive timelines, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Expertise with using SEO best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement
  • Excellent editing and proofreading skills with an eye towards conveying complex ideas in clear and simple ways
